Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Both have the same quality and both are really good mobos, but with the price, performance and reliability of ASUS you should go for that.

I suspect neither.

They are both good motherboards, but are expensive enthusiast boards. What features do you need that only these motherboards provide?
Realize that your cpu will run at about the same speed an ANY X58 motherboard. Any X58 motherboard can overclock to safe levels.

If your interest is in record seeking overclocks, then by all means get the best.
If your interest is some insane 3 or 4 card sli/crossfire configuration, go to it.
