i am going to get a XFX nForce 750i SLI Motherboard can i just buy any type of ddr2 ram an psu or is there sertain ones i need to get?

Any standard DDR2 ram will work, however there are some which will provide you better performance at a good price, lower latency is better, like CL5 1066MHz ram like this stuff.

For the power supply, dont just buy the cheapest one you find, it will cost you more in the long run. What processor and graphics card will you be running in this system? Those will determine your power needs.

i would only reccomend that motherboard if you are actually going to use SLI, otherwise go to an Intel chipset based motherboard for the best results
