AVC ESP CPU Cooler

I've searched all over google, bing, and even the AVC website, but I can't find anywhere to but a AVC ESP CPU cooler. The closest thing I found was some Canadian website offering an AVC ESP Cooler with not product specifications or images. Then a Taiwan trade website that made me inquire to buy it. I inquired and is still waiting for an email reply. Dose anyone know where I can find one?

Have you considered an alternative? What do you need the cooler for?
