Hello,

is this mother motherboard suitable for gamers. I just bought a used Intel Pentium 4 motherboard and I am planning to build a computer for gaming and etc. Please advise and what kind of a case do i have to use. A micro ATX or ATX case. Thanks in advance

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

This is your mobo, you can see in the 23th page that your mobo is ATX, so, you need an ATX case for your rig.

P.D. If I were you, I would save the money for a little more, and after try to build a rig with AMD that is more cheap.

I have to say that except for older titles and maybe some Flash based games a Pentium 4 would not make a good "gaming" computer or really a good computer for anything else for that matter. Unless it is really the only choice you have do not waste money on an old obsolete processor that was not very good even when it was new.

You can actually build a pretty good new computer for cheaper than you might think. If you would post a budget and any parts you might already have to work with we might can help.
