Here is the deal. I have a few other questions running for a system I have put together on paper. However I have a question about this board. When the video says it has "PCI Express 2.0 x16" can I also run a card that supports "2.1" ?
Here is what is on the spec sheet:

Expansion Slots
PCI Express 2.0 x16 2 (x16 or x8, x8)
PCI Express x1 3
PCI Slots 2

Yep, 2.1 is a very minor change and all PCI-Es are designed to be backward compatible.

As you can see from wiki:

PCI Express 2.1 supports a large proportion of the management, support, and troubleshooting systems planned to be fully implemented in PCI Express 3.0. But, the speed is the same as PCI Express 2.0.

Very little difference.
