I ran through the sticky for no boot on top of forum still no boot.

What are the odds of a fried mother board ? I originally forgot to put in stand offs when putting in mother board, however put them in before turning anything on. Is there anyway to test this without addition system to test it in?

You might have fried it by not using standoffs.

What exactly happens when you try to turn the system on? Do any fans spin? Do you hear anything? Do you have a system speaker installed? Did you perform the breadboarding step in the checklist to rule out a short?
