Hello,
i just bought a pendrive, and cant format

I live in South America and recently purchased, accidentally, 3 different Kingston Pen drives - I opened their cases and found no chip inside, I hope this is not your case too, there are loads of fake Kingston Pendrives that circulate in Brazil, made in Paraguay, I hope you didn't get caught as well, probably not, if the brand you purchased was not Kingston.....
