How do i Setup The Bios as it only reads 2.00 gps . should'nt it read 3.00 gps

Update your BIOS... Your current version of BIOS doesn't seem to support the E8400, so it is down clocking it to 2.00. It looks like you need BIOS 0484 to have it correctly working.
