that Corsair 850 Watt is overkill for your system, If you aren't going to be doing crossfire, a Corsair 650TX would be more than enough. Not sure what your budget is, but a 5870 is a nice step up from the 4890. If cost is more of a concern, the 4890 is an excellent choice.

You have a i5 / i7 socket 1156 board and the CPU you have is a i7 920 and its a Socket 1366, Make sure you fix that or you might need a hammer

If you do xfire down road a 750W PSU will be good

If you go SLI i like the 850W

Would be nice to know the rez of your monitor

but for 1680x1050 a HD5850 would be nice if 1920x1080 a HD 5870 would rock

2 Whats your rez on your monitor
