How to adjust ram timings on hp laptop

lol i wan t to adjust the memory timings on my hp pavlion dv4-1145go laptop. since the bios doesnt have any ram/cpu overclocking settings, etc i am not sure how to do this.
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.00GHz, 4GB PC20-6400, Mobo: Compal 30F7, Seagate 160GB 5400rpm (yes i know thats not the original hard drive! the original one died!), DVDRW, Vista Home Premium.

You can't do it because the BIOS is locked. Anyways, even if you could, it doesn't make much of a real world difference.
