Broken toslink jack please help

I broke the toslink jack off of my motherboard. please help me find a new one? I've been searching for a day now with no luck. I can solder a new one in if only i could find a place to purchase one. here is a picture of what it looks like.

The jack mounts in the empty spot between the firewire port and the esata port.
