Need a special mobo or PSU for watercooling ?

I know that pump watt must be taken in consideration when choosing a PSU but do I have to look for some special PSU plugs for the pump ? Do I need a special mobo to control the pump ?

Or can I just go with any PSU/mobo as long as I take the watt added by the watercooling set-up ?
