Suggest a board between the MSI P55 GD80 or a same socket with USB 3.0

Have to chose a board for a i5 750 or i7 860
Friends are rating the MSI P55-GD80 LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
very high and asking me to buy it.
BUT

I have seen some boards cheaper than the MSI with USB 3.0
Please suggest a board with USB 3.0

also if i do end up buying the i7 920 No idea about which board to get, but did see an expensive one
