Problem is:
My audio disappear especially after when Win7 come out of sleep state.

Partial fix:
Logoff user and login back. (hate when current works must save and close all the programs)

1. I do have Sound Blaster X-Fi xtreame gamer PCI.
2. My OS is Windows 7 64-bit
3. I'm currently using drivers from original installation CD.
4. Newest drivers downloaded from creative-site won't help or even make things worse.

Please advice.

By the way, MIDI-system is not affected, only WAVE.

O.O Well, there's your problem!

Don't use those drivers, and don't use the official drivers from Creative, either. They apparently don't know what they're doing, as this one guy rewrote their drivers and made them work properly.

Use the drivers on this page, and follow the instructions on daniel_k's first post: http://forums.creative.com/t5/Sound-Blaster/SB-X-Fi-Series-AuzenUAA-Pack-1-0-09-30-2009/td-p/538552
