SATA II SSD for a Netbook?

It seems like it's been a year since SSD tests would talk about notebook recommendations, noteing things like power consumption, so I ask the community: What's a good SSD for a netbook right now? I don't quite know what size I need to shoot for yet, but I know this poor li'll Toshiba NB205-310 has to be SATA II at most, so there's a whole performance surcharge I can avoid. But who does a good, low power-consumption drive anymore?
