I'm (re)putting together a home theater PC, I already have the case (don't remember the brand) for a micro ATX setup. I'm on a tight budget. Looking for a good mo-bo with HDMI onboard; preferably AMD. Also need a dependable PSU for it as the one it had in it is toast. Suggestions?

DDR2 or DDR3 based? For an AM2+ processor i suggest this board

the am3 board will run you $5 more

As for the PSU, a corsair 400CX should do quite well as long as you dont plan to run a mid-high end GPU in there without upgrading it.

You guys are great... And those Mo-Bos are the ones that I was looking at! That PSU is full size tho, isn't it? I need a good dependable Micro ATX PSU, like for a short horizontal HTPC case....

What case in particular are you looking at? I wouldnt trust any of the microATX ones on newegg, and many microATX cases can take a normal ATX PSU so link to the case and we will see, if it needs to be long and skinny there is one from seasonic but most of the small PSUs are crap.
