Which PSU to choose?

Well first of all I'm building a new rig, my previous rigs were all bought pre made from the shop so its my first time making my own. My general question is which PSU to choose. Also my second question is, will 500W be enough to power everything (look below for the parts)? Also which is better for my rig (again look below for spec), single rail or multiple rail? (I read about this on http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3990 and seems the biggest difference is that the multiple is more safe, but what do you thing?)

So here's the 2 PSU's I can't decide which to pick:

CPU cooler: still considering
nzxt m59 case
samsung dvd optical drive
2 additional fans for case

Well I can't get that one in my country so if I buy from another country it would cost almost double.
