Please Help, Stuck At Hp Screen

Help! recently my HP Pavillion Slimline s3750t has been frozen on the Hp screen' So far I have tried:
Reseting and replacing CMOS battery
Disconnecting all but needed hardware
pressing setup keys (they dont do anything)
but none work
Please help!!!!!!!!!

I would say the hardrive is the likely problem. Disconnect it and the optical drives and see if it gets past the post screen. Then check all the cable connections. Some of the older sata cables come loose fairly easily. Any memory failure would show up at the post, so I doubt it is a concern. Any changes to your system lately?
