Hello,

I'm working on building a gaming PC around $1,200. Please comment or give suggestions on this build. The following build is actually over $1,400 so I'd appreciate if you can tell me how to reduce the price to $1,200.

Thanks!

Use an i7 860 (wash) or i5 750 (save $90) instead, use a $110 Gigabyte mobo (save $180), use a HAF 922 (save $40), and drop the 275 in favor of the faster HD 5850 (spend $10).

Using 4GB of DDR3 on the 750/860 will save another $50 or so.
