Will my RAM work with my motherboard?

I'm doing a new build soon, and I noticed something that may not work.

My motherboard:

The RAM is 1333 but the motherboard only lists 1600 being supported. Will it still work?

Complete build:

CM Elite 355
AMD Athlon II X2 Regor 250
ASRock M3A770DE
A-DATA 4GB DDR3 1333
Samsung 500GB HDD
ASUS RADEON HD 5770
Corsair 400w PSU
Lite-On Optical Drive

I don't really have the extra money required for DDR3 1600.

When it lists DDR3 1600, it means DDR3 up to 1600 speeds, of course any slower speed will work.

The motherboards QVL doesn't list that specific memory, but it should still be ok.

Could you possibly at all recommend me a 1333 speed DDR3 within the price range of the original?

I don't have too wide of a budget, and I don't really want to get RAM not listed in the QVL.

what about getting motherboard for ddr3 1333, it wont be much differ in cost
