Iuildent.cab corrupt

Recently i have had to format my hard drive and re-install windows xp.
When i got it back, i found that my iliudent.cab was corrupted, this is causing me to not be able to access support.microsoft.com and i am unable to download any standalone service packs for windows xp.
I am wondering if there is a place to donload a new copy of this iliudent.cab without having to go through microsoft.
Any help/ advice will be graciously accepted.

Is this a hacked version of XP ? Can't help you if you downloaded a corrupt ISO. No, if your version of XP is illegitimate you will NOT get automatic service pack downloads or microsoft support.
