PSU XFX XPS-850W-BES Black Edition, 850W
HDD WD Caviar® Black 1TB 3,5", SATA,

Case In-Win Maelstrom Big Tower black
screen Samsung 23" LED Syncmaster XL2370,

i've already have mouse and keyboard
Ram Crucial DDR3 1066MHz 4GB KIT, CL7,

Thats a very nice build. The only thing I might change on it would tbe the PSU. I know XFX makes good video cards but I dont know how good their power supplies are. If I was going to build a system like that I would at least throw in a nice Corsairs PSU. Other than that... not a huge fan of the case but it looks like it has good airflow. A case that I may submit for your consideration would be the CoolerMaster HAF 922. Its $99 and is very nice.

their power supplies are better than the corsair 850watt gold/silver, it has cleaner power,

Alright I was just a bit unsure about the XFX psu's but after reading that it looks like they're good to go.

Your build seems solid, however personally, I would change the case. I find it to be rather repugnant. But to each their own.
