P6T SE hanging after BIOS changes

for a few weeks i been noticing that if i make any changes to bios and restart the computer it just hangs. There is nothing on the screen even if i let it run for 30 minutes. I have to manually take out the power cable and wait a few seconds before plugging it back in. Then it boots up fine.

i7 920
Asus P6T SE
6GB G.Skill Ripjaws 1600Mhz
2 x SB 7200.12 320GB RAID 0
Sapphire Radeon HD 5850
CORSAIR 850HX

What ever changes you're doing to bios is rendering your system unstable... I'd suggest clearing cmos and starting from scratch... If the system has some overclocking done in anyway, you might wanna rethink that or reduce it....

the system is stock and there is no oc, i set it to default settings and still it hangs and doesn't post.
