Hey guys. I just bought the Corsair H60 liquid cooler and the Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3. I didn't realize till after the order went through that that mobo only has 1 four prong cpu fan header and 1 four prong system fan header. the corsair cooler's fan plugs into the cpu fan header, but the pump cable is 3 prong and needs to go into a header that has a constant 12v power output. Can i plug that into the 4 prong system fan header?

Solution
yes. and no it wont just run full speed. you will still be able to control it with any fan control program. i assume we are talking about a chassis fan header on a mb?
