my speakers on my monitor work fine but there not on

Re-visit your post and add in some details and better info.

If the speakers work fine, but are not on, how are they working fine? If they are not on, turn them on. If you can't turn them on, they are not working fine, in which case check to make sure the power to them, if any, is good, check the cords from PC to speaker jack on the monitor.
