ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Like to play Call of Duty (would like to be able to play MW2 when it come sout), Steam games, would like to be able to play anything new. As far games go though I really do not care about running settings on high. As long as it runs and looks good I am happy.

I watch a lot of movies on my computer. Also multitask when doing work (word, winamp, internet, etc.)

*I have a BFG NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT OC 512MB right now. If there is a better card that I could get and still stay in budget I would do that.

Here's something I put together a little while ago that should at least give you a push in the right direction:
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=9580834

You can switch out the 750TX PSU for a 650TX since you won't be overclocking:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005&Tpk=650tx

You can use the 8800GT you already have until you have the money for an upgrade. ATI has already released a couple of DX11 compatible cards and Nvidia should too soon.
