Suggest an AGP card with HDMI out

I have an older Dell server I would like to use as a media PC with my HD TV.

Are there any decent cards that have HDMI output.
I only have an AGP slot to work with.
I tried an Asus card, but it was a dud. Not sure if it is a bad card or I just got a bad one.
