My Computer has a problem with USB Plz Help

Hello everyone.
I have a computer equipped with:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-8I915G-MF
Power Supply: 350W
Hard Drive: 1TB SATA
Optical Drive: 2 (1 SATA & 1 IDE)
OS: Windows XP SP3

The problem is many times my computers lose the usb mouse and I can't bring it back only if I unplug and plug it again.

I think so. I will change it with new one 450w.
