Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

1- What is your budget?
2- If you want the best, go for this Mushkin 6GB (3x2GB) 1600 CL6
3- From your options, IMO Patriot isn't very good. The Kingston would be a good option, but have CL9 that isn't good for performance, so, the best options are the Corsair.

Any motherboards that I can find that support the i7-9xx cpu's are based on the X58 chipset, and will have at most 6 ram slots. The only way to get 24gb is to use 4gb sticks which are very expensive, and will cost you about $1200 for 24gb.

You might have to look at server motherboards with 12 or more slots and that will take an Intel Xenon 5000 series cpu(or two)
You can then use 4 6gb kits using 2gb sticks which should cost about $600
