Hello all,
I just built myself a new computer and now im trying to OC it. To try it first i decided to put the asus bios mode on optimal, wich gives me an automatic 4.4ghz OC.
1) Is this a good way to overclock ?
2) When i run prime95 here are the temps i get :
Core 0: Min: 26C Max: 65C
Core 1: Min: 27C Max: 72C
Core 2: Min: 28C Max: 67C
Core 3: Min: 29C Max: 68C
Are these good temps ? ( i dont know much about them) I have a Noctua nh-u12p se2 heatsink.
3) Can I push it more, with another software or manually ?
4) I get 1 error in prime95 when i run it for 1 hour, wha does this mean ?
Here are my specs :
i7 2600k
Ati hd 5770 saphire
P8z68-v gen 3 Asus MoBo
2x(4GB) 1600 Hyper-x kingston RAM
650W Cooler Master power supply
OCZ agility 3 120GB SSD
Noctua nh-u12p se2
Thank you very much for any help it's really appreciated
