First time overclocking an i7

ok got a gigabit ud3r x58a rev 20 mb, i7-930, 980 xtreme cooler and kingston triple channel ram. was wondering what i can oc to stable and not overheat, and how?

forgot to add i am using an hd 5770 but getting a gtx 560 oc soon

inttel core i7-930
gigabyte ud3r x58 a rev 2.0 mb
gtx 560 froz ii oc gpu
6 gig kingston ram
32" high def tc with hdmi input
i7-980x cooler
coolermaster 750 watt psu
ultra atx alluminum case
