M4a785td-v evo build not posting

hello everyone,

i've just finished a build using the following components:

power supply - antec bp550 plus 550w
motherboard - asus m4A785td-v evo
cpu - amd athlon ii X4 630
ram - g.skill f3-12800cl9d-4gbnq
videocard – xfx radeon hd 5770
primary hd - kingston snv425-s2/64gb (ssd)
secondary hd - wd caviar black 640gb

but when i power it on (with monitor, keyboard and mouse plugged in) there is no signal to the monitor, no lights on the keyboard and mouse but the motherboard has power and all the fans are running. any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

took your advise and read shortstuff_mt 21 trouble shooting steps and then some. also did jsc install method.

result: no beeps
situation: i've rebuilt this over 10 this is the 3rd mobo and 2nd cpu (meaning rma'ed the 1st,2nd mobo and 1st cpu)...so these are new. also, used two separate onboard speaker to make sure it's not the speaker. psu is still capable of lighting the onboard light, all six fans, the video card, the 2 hd. any help is appreciated.

Can you test your rig with another PSU?

RMA'd the PS and currently using a different PS and all is working fine. Thank you for all your help.
