Greetings TH Forum members :)

Here's the published .cvf file from CPU-Z for my system:

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2228961

This was my first ever attempt at overclocking (did it about six months ago now) and it's been running ever since. However, just because it's been running, I've been wondering as of late if it is the absolute best config I can get out of this chip.

It's sitting under a Cooler Master Hyper TX3. The thing is, I've had Cool 'N Quiet enabled this entire time and I'm starting to wonder: if I disable it, should that theoretically allow me a little more headroom to try pushing it to say 3.5 GHz or even just get a more stable OC where it's currently sitting at (went from 2.8 GHz to 3.3 GHz)? My voltages are set on Auto, as well; and right now CPU-Z is reporting 1.39v. Furthermore - even though I know it's double data rate - my RAM appears to be operating slightly slower than it's rated (should be 1333MHz). With everything as it currently is, HWMonitor reports a max temp of 54° C for the CPU after roughly 8 hours straight of Prime95 stress testing.

If I disable CnQ, will the temp spike up? I have a single 80mm rear exhaust case fan in addition to the Hyper TX3 and a 5.25" drive bay cooler with 3 small fans intaking air from the front of the computer. It's a Micro ATX case.

I was thinking about manually setting the voltages to about 1.35v, disabling CnQ, and maybe changing the timings on my RAM a bit.... but as I'm still a novice at this type of stuff, I really don't know how to safely and properly go about it. Would anyone be so kind to be willing to lend some guidance? Thanks in advance!

Regards! :)
