Second hard drive is deteceted in device manager but still does not show on my c

Hello,
I have installed a secondary internal hard drive to my dell optiplex gx620. It is showing up on the device manager but on as another hard drive on the my computer tab. I have selected the hard drive and the correct port on my BIOS menu but still no dice. What am I missing.The drive is a Seagate model ST3250620NS.

Check in Disk management if it shows up there, it may be missing the drive letter
New drives are frequently not assigned drive letters and they fail to show in the computer...
