Second hard drive is deteceted in device manager but still does not show on my c

Hello,
I have installed a secondary internal hard drive to my dell optiplex gx620. It is showing up on the device manager but on as another hard drive on the my computer tab. I have selected the hard drive and the correct port on my BIOS menu but still no dice. What am I missing.The drive is a Seagate model ST3250620NS.
