Phenom 955, MB & Power supply

I am taking the plunge and building my own system this year. Wanted to get some feedback on my plans. Here's what I am thinking. Is there a better MB to match up with the 955? Is the power supply overkill? Any feedback would be good, especially where I might be spending money unnecessarily.

HD - Western Digital 640 GB Caviar Black SATA 7200 RPM 32 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive WD6401AALS

GPU - XFX Radeon HD 5750 1GB DDR5 PCIE Graphics Card HD575XZNFC

PSU is an extreme Overkill! You need merely 600W even with 2x HD5770. I recommend Corsair HX520 and HX620.

UD5P is a waste of money. I suggest that you get GA-MA790XT-UD4P instead.
  2. when are you planning to buy exactly
