200 gig space missing on hard disk

hi there can anyone help me, i reinstalled windows 7 on SAMSUNG NP-R728 laptop, it has 320 gig, i tried to do a partition, but when i delete the partition to create a new one, i lost the 200 gig, I tried to format it in the Disk management. but it sayas no space left.. thanks

Go to recovery mode and use diskpart and see what partitions you get.
