RAM timing Tags: Memory RAM OCZ Gigabyte Last response: April 20, 2010 2:32 AM in Memory Share dirtdiver88 April 8, 2010 1:27:10 AM When I set my RAM to 9-9-9-20 like ocz's site tells me to for 1333 my system becomes unstable. GIGABYTE UDR3 board with 3 sticks of 2gb ocz1333, intel i7 920. What else do i need to do? I think that is a very high CL for a 1333MHz RAM, set the timings to 7-7-7-20 and 1.65V. If your RAM needs more that 1.65V, RMA an get another RAM with max 1.65V. | Report abuse dirtdiver88 April 9, 2010 12:02:16 AM Yes, I had the voltage set to 1.64, there is no selection for 1.65. Why would ocz's recommended settings be to high?
