Ok here are my specs:

Graphics: Sapphire Radeon HD 6950

Power Supply: Corsair TX 750W V2 PSU - 80plus Bronze Certified

Processor: Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3GHz Socket 1155 6MB Cache

Motherboard: AsRock z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3

RAM: 2 x G-Skill 4GBXL Ripjaws X for Intel Sandybridge Platforms DDR3 PC12800 1600MHz 4GB Kit

DVD/RW: LiteOn IHAS124-19 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black)

I plan on overclocking the Processor to around 4.5-5 Ghz. What heatsink/cooler do i need? Also will my graphics card coolers need an aftermarket upgrade?

saphire is a great company for overclocking so i dont think you will need an aftermarket cooler for your VGA card. the best heatsink i think is the tuniqu 120 extreme. at 150W load it only raises 15C above ambient (22C in my room) that means if your room is at 70F and you overclock to 1.5V it will only get up to 37C! If you are set on a water cooling setup go to frozen pc and look at their water cooling kits.
