Can't install windows please help

i just replaced my motherboard(same model) and I am doing a freh install of windows. I am using a raid card with two arrays. I am pressing f6 to install the drivers for the raid card. The install starts, but I get a prompt that the drivers for the raid card have not passed windows logo certification. The problem is that I lose usb support for both my mouse and keyboard at this point so i cant click ok. I bought a usb keyboard to get past this in that past but it doesn't work now. no one sells ps2 keyboards now.

I have enabled/disabled usb legacy support and plug-n-play os in the bios. Several hours and no luck.

Please help.

Motherboard is a p4sd-la.
