I bought an ASUS P4C800 478 MOTHERBOARD to replace my old mobo. Bought this one because it could OC. I have a 2.66ghz CPU/ 400W PSU/ and a AGP 9550 card and plenty of RAM. Everything worked perfectly in the old mobo.

Comp turns on but nothing else works - can't hear or feel the HD's running; there are no Beeps; monitor is blank; keyboard won't power; nothing powers up.

I put a tester on the PSU outputs and they work fine. The light on the Mobo lights up. I have taken the CPU out several times to see if it was OK. All cables are connected correctly. Is there a way to test if the Mobo is dead?

If you connected everything properly, then you already determined that the mobo is dead. You could have it tested by a shop, but if all components worked in the old mobo (do they still work?), then it isn't worth the expense.
