Ok. Both the 9500 or 9600 will work on your system. If you can afford an ATI 5750 then that card will give you more for your buck.

Well, pretty much any Antec PSU made in the last 3years will run that card no problem. Nvidia lists 300-400w requirement on that card, depending on the model (600mhz gpu clock = 300w PSU, 650 GPU clock = 400w PSU) but those numbers are inflated to compensate for cheap, low quality power supplies. Antec is much better than your average PSU, so I would not be worried about it.
He didn't ask about gaming GPUs, he asked about a card and the amps.
