Graphic card below RS4000?

Can any one gave me the models of best graphic cards below rs 4000, Nvidia or ati ,No probs!

U may not get a performance GPU for that price.....But since u want the list...here they are....Nvidia 8600gt, 8800 gtx (zebronics), 9400gt, u can get 9600 for abt Rs.6000.....these card are low performance cards....if u want to play all games at reasonable quality u may want 2 pump ur budget to Rs. 8000-9000....the 2 best buys at that range are 9800gtx and GTX 260.....i have listed only nvidia since in India ATI is hard 2 find and u will have to pay premium prices for those......
