Anything special I should know about dual-booting with Win2K on the master HD and RH 7.1 on the slave HD? Do I use the BIOS to select the boot? Should I install the Linux clean onto the new HD? and etc. Thanks.

Read the HOWTO at Linuxdoc.org

I would boot with the Win2k boot manager. That means installing 2k first.
