Tyan s2696wont recognize any video card

Hi. I have already RMAed this board because it wouldnt recognize a keyboard. It has been a year since I got the board back. I was busy and couldnt work on it. I have some time off and just tried to run the board. Now it wont recognize any video card. Both cards I have are on their compatibility list. One is PCI the other PCIE 16. I put both cards in my other Tyan board - s5380 and they work just fine. I dont know what to do, and I have had so many problems with tyan. Im sure they are not going to let me RMA the board again. It was a nightmare the first time.
