My laptop wont get off startup repair

I can not get my laptop to get off startup repair.
it is a asus windows 7 about 2 years old.

What was the last thing you remember that happen before you get the startup repair menu? Did you remove/add any hardware? Did you change the harddrive to another system? Select startup repair and see if that fixes your issue. If not use the windows 7 disc to repair the system
