I am currently using a P4 3.06 and Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2L motherboard..
I want to upgrade my processor to intel core 2 duo E7500.. Can my motherboard support it? or do i need to buy a new motherboard?

That's from the link you provided, under the CPU supported tab. I'm not sure why there are all those blanks up top. If you scroll down to where they start listing CPUs that are supported, the 7500 is listed. Just make sure you have the F8b bios installed BEFORE you put that CPU in.

i need help!!! i tried using this cpu-id and my core speed only runs 1866.. the question is why does my pentium 4 prescott 524 3.06ghz HT only runs its core speed at 1866 instead of 3.06 in my GA-945GCM-S2L mobo?
