XFX 780i Motherboard.
Kingston HyperX RAM 1066Mhz.
Zotac GTX260 216 Edition.
Corsair 450W VX Power Supply.
Western Digital Blue 320GB Hard Drive.
Antec 900 Gamers Case.
Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7.

Prime95 Stable and temps are fine on everything.

Any help would be nice.

Somewhere, software is being stuck in an infinite loop. Could be the game, the video drivers. Who knows. When you ctrl+alt+delete, you break the loop.

The solution is to replace the offending software, but you will likely have to use trial and error. Get the latest version of the game, drivers, etc... and see if it fixes the problem.
