I recently upgraded my computer's motherboard cpu and memory from

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80557E6600 - Retail
2x Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
ZALMAN 9500A-LED
ASUS P5W DH DELUXE
Windows 7 32bit
to

CORSAIR Cooling Hydro Series CWCH50-1
ASUS P6T Deluxe V2
Intel Core i7-930
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Windows 7 64bit

Due to thinking that my INTEL chipset was faulty. I had one of the 1TB drives fail in the raid 1 array, but when I rma'd the drive the replacement had the same problem. So I figured it was the Mobo (that and I wanted to get a new i7) So I upgraded to 64bit, 6g of ram and the i7 with the new motherboard.

Everything works perfectly until I start to watch any type of Video. At which 5 mins into the video or 10 seconds the computer will just shut off and come back on. I thought it might be the CPU getting to hot so I replaced the Stock Fan with the Corsair Water Cooler and it still does it. So I then fooled around with the NVIDIA Drivers, newest beta, to current, to older versions to none at all.. still the same.

So I'm now suspect to the PSU maybe being the culprit.. as the Intel Chipset wasn't bad.. I'm thinking it may of been the HD not getting power and shutting off and the Raid Controller thinking it was bad.

My Question is.. would the PSU cause this? It only happens when I watch video and I've monitored the CPU temp while watching and it never get above 65 so I don't think that's the problem anymore.. I am just unsure what else could be the problem. 750w I would think would be plenty to power the system.. The only other thing that I changed was the old motherboard I had 4pin CPU Power and on the new I use the 8pin (4x4)

Here is a list of the rest of components in the system

Thermaltake W0116RU 750W (PowerSupply)
4x Western Digital Caviar WD5000KS 500GB 7200 (raid 5)
HighPoint RocketRAID 2310 PCI Express x4l
EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16
SAMSUNG 18X DVD±R DVD Burner SATA
2x WD1001FALS WD 1TB 7200 (raid 1)

Any help would be great
