Problems with BIOS settings, massive newbie

Hi, some time ago i built a new PC, my first attempt at doing so, and since then i have encountered numerous problems, which apparently is a result of me not applying exact BIOS settings to my PC. I have attempted to change this myself but i am having issues with working out the correct settings.

I have found a few tutorials, but cannot figure them out, either they're a bit crap or im not the smartest of chaps, which is likely. I understand this is a bit much to ask, but if anyone could help out with providing me some settings and what to do with them i would be really grateful. If i've done something wrong by posting this here, let me know and ill disapear forever!
