I am looking for a HD Graphics card for a Dell Dimension 5150. Ideally something not to expensive. Can anyone recommend one? Ideally one which Ebuyer stock!

Cheers

That really depends on what you will be doing... Playing games? Photoshop?
If you want something low cost though I would go with one of the following cards:

XFX HD 4870 750M 1GB DDR5 DUAL DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card
OR
HIS HD 4670 IceQ Edition 1GB DDR3 Native HDMI DVI VGA Out PCI-E Graphics Card

The first one is low cost/high performance.
The second is lower cost/basic performance.
There are some cards in between too. Like the HD 4770

Dell puts low cost power supplies in their computers. You may need to get a new PSU to run a decent card. Look at the label on the PSU, it's probably a 350 watt unit. Not enough to run a 4870.

Also, you need to make sure you have the right power connections. Most average to high end cards require 2 six pin connections. I doubt your PSU has that.
